Bare Minimum Camping Packing List

Good Attitude! This isn't America, although sometimes you can forget this. Please be kind and courteous to the locals. They work hard, and enjoy a much less glamorous lifestyle than you do.
About $125 for meals, drinks, stuff you forgot to pack. Add about $60 if you plan to get Mexican rugs, t-shirts, jewlry, etc. Add $40 more if you plan to go deep sea fishing
Swimsuit, two pairs of shorts, two shirts (casual), towel, sweatshirt for nights
Shampoo, conditioner, soap, wash cloth, toothbrush, toothpaste
Something a little more dressy if you want to go dancing at JJ's or the Pithaya bar (you should also take a shower)
Sleepbag, tent, electric light
ice chest, paper plates, cups, plastic utencils, pot for boiling shrimp, coffee singles
